Is Computer Oasis a scam or a legit online job? This website is new on the scene and I saw a lot of talk about it. I wanted to look into it further because it reminds me of some other scams I’ve seen. They claim we can easily make nearly $400 a day, but is this legit, or just a way of getting us to hand over our money?

I kept hearing about Computer Oasis since it was recently launched, as it sounds like a really easy way to make money from home. People were asking if it’s a scam or the real deal, so I decided to look into it and write a review on what I found out.
There are so many ways to make money on the internet these days. While a lot of stuff is good, unfortunately there are many dodgy platforms as well. But if you can find the good stuff to focus on, you really can make a great living online from home.
My website is primarily about researching and writing reviews of make money products and training programs. The idea is to discover what’s really worthwhile, what’s average, and what to really avoid.
Because everyone wants to make money online, it’s given birth to a lot of scams when it comes to make money online (MMO) stuff, so we all have to be careful.
I’m really glad to see you here reading this review, as it means you do your homework and don’t just randomly pay money to join something. You’re far less likely to ever become the victim of a scam that way.

What Is Computer Oasis?
Computer Oasis claims to be some totally awesome work at home job opportunity, even stating that they are the #1 choice for online success and making money.
What they offer is a simple link posting job that only takes about an hour or so a day, and you’ll earn up to $379 a day, or roughly $11k a month in your spare time.
That does sound awesome, but is it really true?
Unfortunately not. The people running the website have simply mastered the art of telling people what they want to hear.
You see, this same link posting scam has been around in the past with many slightly different variations. This mob just keep reinventing the exact same scam under a different site name and sometimes a different site owner name.
Apart from that, the scam remains the same.
They do make their home job sound really simple and enticing, but unfortunately it’s all fake, and everything on their website is a lie.
It is loosely based around the principal of affiliate marketing, but done totally the wrong way.

This Is Just the Same Scam All Over Again
I run another website as well as this one, and when I was writing reviews on my other site, I’d encountered this exact same scam probably at least 40 or 50 times or so. The deal is always the same. They just change the site name and maybe the look of the website just slightly.
Apart from that, nothing much changes at all. Most of the websites are almost identical, the sales pitch is always the same thing, and I’d say it’s the same people behind this website as all the others.

- Secured Web orders
- Home Online Profits Club
- Computer Technical Guys
- The Computer Geeks
- My Optimized Success Plan
- And so many dozens more…
Really, the list could just go on and on.
Computer Oasis Has Never Been Featured On Major News Networks
One thing that is the same on all of these websites is the claim that they’ve had their fantastic “online job opportunity” featured on major TV networks and news stories. The header of the websites – and Computer Oasis is no exception – always has well known TV channel logos on it, along with the claim of being endorsed by these networks.
It’s all a bunch of lies, of course. None of what they say is true. The only reason they make the claim is to make their offer sound legit, hoping people will blindly trust them and hand over their money to join.
I’ve never had any of my own websites featured on the news in any way, but I could easily make the claim and plaster TV channel logos all over my sites. It’s easy enough to do, but it certainly doesn’t make it true.
Some common and internationally well known channels they quote are:
- Fox News
- CNBC
- CNN
- ABC
- And some others…
Julie Clark Is Just An Alias
In the past these con artists used to often reuse the same site owner names. These days they seem to be getting slightly more creative and a little less lazy. Now they tend to invent a brand new alias each time they reinvent their scam.
This time we are introduced to a woman named Julie Clark. It’s the first time I’ve come across that name, but it’ll just be an alias like all the other names they’ve dreamed up in the past.
Not a single one of these people really exists.
The funny thing is, they’ll still use the exact same stock photos representing the site owners, but just change the names. That’s how stupid all this really is.
Computer Oasis (and all the other sites) has a hard luck story designed to appeal to the masses. It relates the struggle of a single mother who is barely getting by. That is, until she discovers the wonderful opportunity offered by the kind people at Computer Oasis.
Her life is then instantly transformed for the better. Not so much a rags to riches tale, but close to it.
The stories are word for word exactly the same on every single one of their sites. The only thing that sometimes changes is the name of the single mother in the story.
Some common aliases include the following fake names:
- Cami White
- Jessica Marshall
- Kelly Simmons
- Jordan Daniels
- Karen Evans
- And quite a few others…
Positions Are NOT Limited – Ever!
This is a ploy they always use on their websites as well.
When you visit Computer Oasis they’ll claim they have positions available in your area, however you must act quickly because spots are limited.
This simply isn’t true.
Even legit businesses and deals use the scarcity tactic to get people to hurry up and take action. Often there might be a limited time to take up a deal, but with Computer Oasis, it’s limited positions available.
The reason they do this is because they want people to act on impulse. They tell you about this fantastic, easy job where you can make $379 a day for just one hour of work and people don’t want to risk missing out.
The last thing these people want is you doing your research on them and discovering it’s all one big con job.

The Alleged “Online Job”
So what exactly is this awesome online job they are supposedly offering people that makes all this easy cash in quick time?
It’s the same thing every time and it’s link posting.
What this means is they give you affiliate links to spam anywhere you can think of online. You might post links on your own website, on social media, forums. Anywhere, really.
It’s sort of like doing affiliate marketing, except this is all fake, and randomly posting affiliate links all over the place simply isn’t an effective strategy.

What Computer Oasis claim is that you’ll get paid $15 every single time you simply post a link online. The links are for big Fortune 500 companies, apparently.
This just doesn’t happen. Companies don’t waste their advertising budgets on stuff like this.
With real affiliate marketing, affiliates only get paid when someone actually makes a purchase through their affiliate link. Then you get a commission, the amount of which varies depending on the product and the price.
Affiliate marketing is real. Many millions of people all over the world do it every day, but affiliates never get paid $15 just to post a link. That’s a total fantasy.
It’s just a juicy sales pitch to hook people in. No one ever gets paid this money they promise.
Computer Oasis Likely Promotes Other More Expensive Programs
Most likely Computer Oasis and all its sister sites exist to lure people into a big sales funnel, where they are hammered with offers to join other super expensive training programs and the like.
After you pay your initial joining fee, you then get bombarded with upsell after upsell. Some of these offers may be legit, but they’ll be way over-priced.
Once inside, you’ll be told that you can’t make the easy money they promised you until you also buy products A, B, C and so on.
It’s just one big money grab.
Target Market
These days people all over the world are looking for ways to make money online from home. Often people want something they can do in their spare time that won’t interfere with their regular job.
Along comes Computer Oasis with their too good to be true offer, and people unfortunately get sucked in by it.
These scammers tell people what they want to hear and target newbies to making money on the internet.

- Spots are not limited
- I’ve seen probably 50 of these sites by now, all offering the same BS
- They use stock photos and paid actors for their testimonials and sales videos
- No Fortune 500 companies use their advertising spend for link posting
- You never get paid the promised $15 per link
- Your credit card details will be at risk if you were to join up
- You’ll be sold heaps of other expensive products
How Much Does Computer Oasis Cost?
The price to join this fake job opportunity website is $97. All the other sites charge the same amount too. This buys you the right to be entered into their endless sales funnel, where they’ll peddle more expensive products and training to you.
You may even get phone calls from telemarketers, as they ask for your phone number too when you join up.
There are no refunds, and these scammers get a hold of peoples’ credit card details when they join.
Is Computer Oasis a Scam?
Yes, Computer Oasis is absolutely a scam!
I don’t know how many people fall for their false promises. All I know is that this scam never seems to go away. It just keeps reappearing under a new website name.
Computer Oasis is not here to genuinely help people make money. They only exist to take your money, and keep taking it.
