In the past decade or so business opportunities have literally exploded. They are everywhere you look, especially online.

At the same time there are also loads of scams out there, hoping to cash in on the business boom. I write so many reviews of make money schemes on my website to help people both avoid scams and find the worthwhile opportunities.

What Is Team Diamond Global Network?

If you do a Google search for Team Diamond, one very famous name you’ll see mentioned quite often is that of law of attraction and lifestyle guru, Bob Proctor.

Bob appears to be a big supporter of the “team” and has come on board to endorse and help promote Team Diamond and the business and lifestyle opportunities it presents. In fact, his wife Linda Proctor is very high up in the organisation and one of the current leaders.

When you visit the official Team Diamond website, one of the first things you’ll notice is you’ll be joining a global movement of like-minded people. Basically you’ll be joining a tribe of people who all have the same goals in mind.

How Does Team Diamond Global Network Really Work?

I’m not going to draw things out any further. We’ll cut to the chase and unveil what Team Diamond Global Network is offering.

The website and the movement is all run by an independent distributor for a multi level marketing company called Zija International. The whole idea of the website, in reality, is to recruit people into their downline in this MLM scheme.

That’s essentially what the team is all about, but there is more to it that just acting as a portal to recruit new members into Zija.

One of the main focuses of the group was mentioned in the section above, where you’ll be joining a team of like-minded people pursuing the same goals in life.

Things like:

• Owning your own business
• Financial freedom
• Time freedom

Often when people join MLM schemes they end up having to go it alone and hope for the best. Team Diamond was created as a network where members all encourage, help and support each other.

Another facet of the Team Diamond website is to act as a product sales portal, where those who join up are encouraged to buy certain Zija health and wellness products, taking them each day to stay alert and healthy and ready to tackle their business.

Anyone who is familiar with how MLM and network marketing schemes work will know that there are 2 key things distributors need to do well to be successful, and they are:

1. Recruiting new members
2. Selling the company’s products

The Team Diamond website is designed to do both effectively, as well as being a support network for Zija members hoping to reach diamond status and earn a decent income.

Established in 2005, Zija International is a network marketing company selling products in the extremely saturated health and wellness niche. The company also offers opportunities to get on board with the business as a distributor.

Just like the Team Diamond site is all about selling Zija products and recruiting new members, if you join Zija as a distributor, that’ll be your two main tasks as well.

Currently operating in more than 50 countries, Zija is certainly a global opportunity.

Just some of the products the company offers are:

• Healthy teas
• Skincare products
• Essential oils
• Nutritional supplements
• And many more…

 

 

Zija products are very expensive, which is typical of just about all MLM companies, and all distributors have to agree to receiving an auto shipment of products every single month to remain eligible to earn commissions and bonuses.

Despite the hype they fill people with at their meetings, you never get to own your own business with Zija International or any other company operating under the MLM umbrella. The company owns and controls everything.

You’re only ever just a distributor, essentially working for the company for free, being forced to buy their products every month, and covering all your own “business” expenses.

MLM is one of the hardest ways to make money, especially consistent, decent money. In fact, 95% of people who join MLM schemes fail to make any profit at all.

Is Team Diamond Global Network a Pyramid Scheme?

Team Diamond isn’t a pyramid scheme, because it’s merely a feeder platform into the real scheme, Zija International. I don’t believe Zija is an illegal pyramid scheme either.

To be illegal, despite their pyramid style of compensation plan, the company would have to have zero real products for sale.

Zija has hundreds of products that are sold at a retail level.

An illegal pyramid scheme is what’s known as a “naked pyramid”; meaning no products are available for sale and all income is derived from the members who join the scheme.

 

Who Is the Target Audience?

The target audience is people either looking to join a MLM scheme, and would like the added support of a like-minded community.

MLM will often attract people who want to escape the grind of 9 to 5 and start their own business, the appeal being that it’s all done for you and you can get started right away. Team Diamond offer a “Business In a Box” package on their site, but really it’s just your starting kit to get you going in Zija.

What’s Good About Team Diamond

• Interacting with other people who share the same goals and ideals can be very motivating, and sometimes that extra edge that many need to keep going and actually succeed
• Zija International is a well established company with 100s of products
• Zija gives its distributors a mobile app to aid in getting sales and tracking your business activities

 

The Things I Don’t Like

• Team Diamond is really just a feeder site and business to funnel people into joining the Zija International MLM scheme
• If you join Zija as a way to make money, understand that it’s extremely hard work to be successful with network marketing
• Chances are you’ll annoy the hell out of all your family and friends, either by trying to sell them products or trying to recruit them
• Less than 1% of all people in all MLM schemes actually make a decent living from their efforts. Pretty low odds
• The health and wellness niche is the most over-saturated niche in the MLM world
• While Zija International has stacks of products, the prices are exorbitant, and you’re also forced to buy products off them every single month
• You don’t get to own a business with MLM
• The secret to MLM success is mass recruiting. If you can’t regularly recruit new members who are active, you’ll fail

 

 

How Much To Join Zija International (Team Diamond)?

I don’t know if Team Diamond charges any extra joining fees, but if they recruit you into Zija International, you need to purchase an enrollment kit for $41.90. You’ll also need to buy some products to sell and try out.

On top of that, apart from your business expenses, you’ll also be agreeing to buy at least $100 worth of Zija products every single month whether you can sell them or not. Otherwise you forfeit your right to any commissions or bonuses owed to you.

 

Is Team Diamond Global Network a Scam Or Legit?

I wouldn’t call either Team Diamond Global Network or Zija International scams at all. Zija is a legit and long standing MLM business, and the idea behind Team Diamond is to not only recruit new Zija members, but to help them succeed on their network marketing journey.

Just keep in mind that by design, MLM businesses hold all the aces. All of the advantages are slanted in their favour and not the distributors, who basically do all the work and promoting for free, and are also Zija’s main source of product sales.

As a distributor you also become one of the company’s main customers.

Zija also operates in a hyper-competitive niche, so there’s loads of competition out there, and you’ll be trying to peddle health and wellness products that are way more expensive than comparable products found in regular retail outlets.

Recruitment is the key. If you can’t recruit consistently, then forget joining any MLM.
